APSL Systems is a licensee and agent for Accelerated Process Systems Inc. (APSI), Gas and Wellhead Production Equipment Products.


APSL can provide a full range of Accelerated Process Equipment Products as individual equipment supply or in association with its own products as part of a modular type system. APSI with its own manufacturing facilities in Tomball, Texas, USA can manufacture its own and APSL products in joint association, or where necessary to meet with the requirements of our customers, equipment can be manufactured globally through APSL's approved suppliers.

Wellhead Production Equipment

 

Accelerated specialises in providing high quality independent wellhead equipment. Their pre-engineered line of horizontal and vertical separators, treaters and hybrid separators for virtually any application, condition or region are generally held in stock and ready for delivery or can be provided on very fast track deliveries.


The Accelerated Wellhead Production Equipment product line includes but is not limited to;

Separators

Hybrid Separators

  •  "Hybrid" horizontal separators are designed to replace an individual separator and treater, to reduce equipment cost, footprint and installation cost.

  • High-quality vertical oil emulsion treaters utilize heat and retention time to break down oil and water emulsions. Treaters efficiently separate oil and water to enhance the value of the oil.

Vapor Recovery Towers

  • Designed to capture gases from the oil prior to storage to significantly reduce/eliminate vapor emissions in atmospheric storage tanks. 

Custom Engineered Solutions

  • For the times when an off-the-shelf solution won’t satisfy your oil & gas processing needs, APSL & APSI will develop custom solutions optimal for your conditions.

Gas Conditioning Packages

 Accelerated's Gas Conditioning Systems are used to treat combustion turbine and engine fuel gas, as well as process & treat wellhead gas prior to transmission & distribution. In gas turbine applications, conditioning of natural gas is critical because it increases the longevity and performance of the turbine. In pipeline applications, conditioning of natural gas is required to meet stringent pipeline specifications for transmission of the treated gas to market.

Gas conditioning systems enhance fuel gas quality by eliminating condensate, filtering particulates, regulating pressure and controlling the temperature. Untreated gas can cause premature combustion component distress, erosion of components, and nozzle plugging.

Accelerated offers standard and custom designed systems to meet the requirements of each application, including fine filtration, coalescing filtration, process heating, pressure regulating, J-T gas conditioning, and cooling. Most systems modular, skid mounted, with instrumentation and controls for local or remote operation.
